Outstand deal, great dealership
I was searching for a truck in my price range online, found a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 that I really liked. Contacted Jeff at Riverside Chevrolet for more information. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck. I worked with the finance manager Chase. He was very honest and straightforward. Everything went incredibly smooth. I live 8 hours away so we scheduled a date for the truck to get delivered straight to my house for a reasonable price! The whole experience was fantastic and I highly recommend them, even if you're buying online!
Riverside staff is extremely friendly, far from pushy, and so pleasant to work with. Shout out to Jeff in sales who made the purchase of our son’s vehicle so smooth and simple, and to Chase with the finance department that did so well with explaining all of our coverage and providing us with the best options. We drove an hour and a half away just to purchase from them, and no doubt we will be back in the future.
Nick helped us and was nothing but helpful from the start. His communication was excellent as we had several questions. I never normally write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. I am an avid car buyer, all for personal use. I didn’t get a vehicle here but the salesman (Nick Alvarado)was AMAZING to speak with. I live 10 hrs from this dealership and needed videos and info on the vehicle I was looking at. Nick showed me everything on the truck, chips, scraps, scratches, everything. He was great. When I asked for an OTD price…emailed me back immediately. My wife and I purchased a used Chevy Suburban from Riverside this fall. We live 200 miles away in WI. If you are looking to put trust in a long distance car purchase this is the dealership to work with. Chase and Riverside Chevy have been great to work with to made sure we were taken care of. I was visiting Peoria when my 2019 Chevy 3500 diesel truck went into reduced power mode with a check engine light. I limped into Riverside Chevy at 2 pm on my way home I live 2 hours north of Chillicothe. Rod Hart and his service technicians quickly diagnosed the problem. They had the parts and got it fixed and got me on the road by 5:30 pm. Outstanding!

I brought my car in leaking gas and when the needed part was ordered Rod Hart found the part would not be delivered for three months. He went above and beyond and found the needed part on Ebay. The part was delivered this past Saturday and my car was done on Monday. I couldn't be more impressed and thankful for Rod Hart, the Service Advisor and the mechanic who fixed my car. I've got a similar experience to several of the other recent posts. This summer I was looking to purchase a very specific car model and trim level. It was hard to locate anywhere in my part of the country. Riverside had one posted online and it was one of the most competitively priced options in the whole country.
